Douglas County Federation of Classified Employees

 

The Douglas County Federation Of Classified Employees is a professional organization committed to the betterment of Douglas County Schools and dignity for the people who work in them.

 

What the DCFCE Does:

  • Assists employees across the District with personnel issues on a one-to-one basis
  • Attends various committee and organizational meetings to support the needs and concerns of all DCSD employees
  • Research potential professional development options
  • Enhance the staff development opportunities available to all classified employees

Why Join

We need the support and cooperation of all of our classified employees. Our strength and commitment grows daily with the addition of new members to the DCFCE. Belonging to the DCFCE not only enhances our abilities to offer extended programs, but also enables our voice to be heard in all facets of the organization.   5. $12,000 No-Cost Life Insurance
    For the first year of enrollment, members receive $12,000 life insurance at no cost. After the first year, members may continue their policy coverage at a reduced rate through MetLife
