Douglas County Federation of Classified Employees
The Douglas County Federation Of Classified Employees is a professional organization committed to the betterment of Douglas County Schools and dignity for the people who work in them.
What the DCFCE Does:
- Assists employees across the District with personnel issues on a one-to-one basis
- Attends various committee and organizational meetings to support the needs and concerns of all DCSD employees
- Research potential professional development options
- Enhance the staff development opportunities available to all classified employees
